We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Head of Talent & Human Resources to join our team and lead the way in developing and executing HR strategies that support the growth and success of two innovative organisations: the APC and its subsidiary, Zenzic. What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership:
* Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on key people challenges and opportunities.
* Partner with senior leaders to plan and execute people strategies that align with organisational objectives.
* Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, including benefits, company culture, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
* Implement succession planning strategies and critical role identification.
* Provide salary benchmarking and remuneration advice.
Learning & Development:
* Champion learning initiatives, including maximising tools like LinkedIn Learning.
* Deliver HR-relevant training and support professional development across the organisation.
* Identify individual coaching and team training opportunities, ensuring value for money.
Systems & Reporting:
* Manage HR systems (PeopleHR) and oversee data reporting on KPIs such as turnover, recruitment, and L&D.
* Provide insights for annual reviews, audits, and Board presentations.
* Streamline communication platforms and manage external HR tools and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
* A hands-on, collaborative HR leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at all levels and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Proven experience in driving HR initiatives in areas such as recruitment, L&D, and employee engagement.
* Positive, proactive, and approachable, with a passion for developing people and fostering a thriving organisational culture.
* SME experience is a bonus!
