12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Luton
What you'll be doing:
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside HR Business Partners and programme leads to help implement the Nexus people strategy. You’ll provide expert advice and guidance on people-related changes, playing a key role in organisational design and change initiatives, particularly around the Target Operating Model (TOM). You’ll help programme leaders make informed decisions by offering business context and insights.
Your work will include supporting people-focused changes, contributing to the development of the TOM, assisting with job evaluations, and working closely with Employee Relations and HR teams across Europe. You’ll also collaborate with colleague representatives to ensure changes are legally compliant, aligned with company values, and clearly communicated. As the programme evolves, flexibility will be key to adapting to shifting priorities.
What you'll bring to the team:
You bring experience working in fast-paced, multi-site HR environments, with strong communication skills that help you effectively use data to drive change. You’ve led people change initiatives, including organisational design, and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including unions and consultative groups. With a good understanding of UK Employment Law, you’ve successfully applied it in practical situations. You’re well-organised, able to meet deadlines, and comfortable managing your workload independently. You’re resilient, able to stay calm under pressure, and know how to influence and challenge others to drive change. You’re also proficient in MS Office and HR systems, with experience in Workday being a plus.
What we offer in return:

* 25 days holiday
* BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
