This is a fantastic role that will see you take ownership of eCommerce content for our brands. This really is a great opportunity for somebody looking to develop skills in digital marketing that links with eCommerce as you will gain a breadth of experience working in an agile team. The opportunities to learn are endless A day in the life of an eCommerce Content Executive You will create and maintain assets for deployment across eRetailers within our brand and retailer guidelines right through to analysing the impact of the eContent, identifying innovative ways to improve for the future. What's key is that we continually drive improved digital shelf performance to support the business growth ambitions. You will also: - Build and maintain eContent to drive a strong digital presence on all customer touchpoints across all eRetailers with a specific focus on selected brands such as KitKat, Aero & Quality Street. - Create and maintain a repository of eContent assets that can be accessed by the market and European teams, aligned to our brand guidelines and playbooks. - Monitoring, Measurement & Reporting of Digital Shelf and impact on sales for Confectionery UK including supporting sales team & regional team to develop and maintain standardized reporting - Manage, Update and report on confectionery websites ensuring SEO and engagement action plans are in place aligned with data & eCRM strategy - Maintain overview and planning accuracy of Retailer Digital Media to facilitate decision making for Always on & Shopper Teams - Drive visibility through paid media on Pureplay - ensuring excellence in content and an impactful media plan, managing the marketing budget associated to the activity - Support the Regional Content Manager to maintain and standardise reporting for monthly meetings i.e. market share data, eRetail customer data etc. - Closely monitor industry and competitor activity, to ensure our strategic commercial vision is in line with market demands in a constantly changing, competitive environment that we work in. What will make you successful: To be successful in this role you will have great attention to detail, be highly organised and have a real passion for eCommerce. If you have previous experience within an eCommerce environment, then great but this is not essential. What's important is your passion, eagerness to learn and ability to deliver results- we can train the rest. You will enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment, acting as an ambassador for our Nestlé Confectionery brands. You will know the importance of being able to flex your style whilst working in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous.
