As we embark on this thrilling new chapter, we are searching for a skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and be a part of this exciting new world. Key responsibilities of the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will include: is a champion of guest service and the guest experience, at all times examining and questioning any processes to ensure they align to deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for all. Promote communication and connectivity within the Food and Beverage team and across departments, creating a playful and cohesive work environment. Be a highly visible manager, embodying the open-door policy with an approachable demeanour. Implement guidelines, SOP’s, policies and procedures for all Food and Beverage outlets in conjunction with the Heads of Departments. Uphold Sofitel Values, brand standards, and grooming guidelines, reflecting the playful elegance in appearance and service. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and quality appearance of all Food and Beverage outlets, facilities, and equipment, adhering to Sofitel's standards of luxury. Deal with queries from all guests and do utmost to provide guest satisfaction Provide consistent quality customer service. Complete all paperwork efficiently, correctly and on time Order stock and keep stock levels to a correct level Deal with and esolve guest complaints Ensure health and safety procedures are consistently applied in accordance with hotel health and safety policy The Ideal Food and Beverage Supervisor: Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment (preferably in a high-end restaurant within the hotel, leisure or hospitality industry would be a distinct advantage) High standard of personal presentation Ability to give excellent customer service Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work unsupervised Ability to work well within in a team Sound knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Benefits: Hotel Accommodation, Food, Golf & Spa discounts Friends and family discounts Recommend a Friend Uniform (if required for your role) Free on-site parking Complimentary use of Leisure Facilities Employee Assistant Programme
