Smart Teachers are recruiting for an Administrator and Exams Support officer to join a 'Good' school in Queens Park.
About the role
Job starts ASAP and is a permanent role.
* Reception Duties:
o Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
o Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to appropriate staff as necessary.
o Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
* Administrative Support:
o Assist with the coordination of SEN documentation, including IEPs and assessments.
o Maintain accurate records of students' needs and support plans.
o Provide administrative assistance for exam preparations, including room bookings and materials distribution.
* Exams Support:
o Help oversee exam administration, ensuring a smooth process for students.
o Assist in the implementation of exam accommodations for students with special needs.
o Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
* Student Interaction:
o Foster positive relationships with students, providing a listening ear and support.
o Help create a nurturing environment for students with diverse needs.
o Facilitate communication between students and staff regarding academic support.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Administrator and Exam Support officer you will:
* Previous admin experience desirable.
* Hold an enhanced DBS.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. Smart Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
