We currently have a new opportunity for a full-time Marketing Co-ordinator, in our Leeds region. As Marketing Co-ordinator, you will support the Team on the planning and delivery of all aspects of the marketing mix, including: campaigns; digital; PR; communications; events; and general admin tasks, to support Reward in attracting, educating and retaining introducers and clients. As part of the Marketing Team, and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation and contribute to an integrated Marketing Strategy, for both external and internal customers. The Work - responsibilities include: Be passionate about brand and brand communication Be responsible and capable in producing ideas and content that are on-brand – both in terms of our brand identity guidelines and delivery of our brand promise Work as part of the Marketing Team and alongside our strategic brand partner, to ensure communications, events and campaigns are integrated with broader brand activity Assist with the development and execution of Reward’s communications, events and campaigns programme Generate creative ideas and themes to maximise the communications, events and campaigns experience Research and make recommendations about potential future communications, events and campaigns Work with key Reward Team members on relevant communications, events and campaigns Assist with the production of marketing materials – create and deliver marketing communications, some with the support of external agencies, including: eNewsletters; literature; presentations; promotional items; events collateral, intranet content; and videos Provide support on all pre-event logistics, delivery and any required post event work Support digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns and artwork and website and intranet content amends Assist with online and offline advertising and sponsorship opportunities Work with our external PR agency – providing support on press releases, case studies and features Maintain accurate information on the Contact Database/CRM Attend and support with events Liaise with suppliers Book travel and accommodation Arrange meetings Undertake general office duties Deliver all tasks to a high standard and within budget, thinking and acting in line with our business values The Person - skills and experience: Demonstrable marketing, events and/or communication experience is desirable but not essential GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C Excellent planning and organisation skills to cater for multiple demands – highly organised with the ability to prioritise work, create project plans and manage tight and changing deadlines Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Confidence in communicating and proactively engaging with Reward’s Directors and the wider Team; customers; and external agencies and suppliers Creativity with a good eye for design Good problem solving and decision-making ability Ability to use Microsoft Office – experience of Adobe packages, WordPress and MailChimp is beneficial but not essential Willingness to take full ownership of your projects and actions - a real self-starter who has a genuine passion for all marketing activities Requirements: You will be required to attend events and travel to other locations and Reward offices – this may include an overnight stay The Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll also benefit from: 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
