A global consultancy with 50 staff in London is now looking for a high-calibre and proactive Office Manager to support the office operations.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the office
2. Perform front-of-house duties, greeting clients and visitors
3. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and legal requirements
4. Liaise with building management to resolve office-related issues
5. Organise company events
6. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team, responsible for meeting coordination, expenses management, and logistic support
7. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for the wider team
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in office management in the professional services or financial services industry
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and organisational challenges
