Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
• Assist with client onboarding, including data entry and document checks
• Support the processing of investment, pension, and mortgage applications
• Ensure client records and files are accurate and compliant
• Monitor case progress and follow up with providers and clients as required
• Help manage workflow systems and administrative tasks within the office
• Prepare client reports and documentation for meetings
• Learn to identify and resolve any errors or missing documentation
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties
