Main Accountabilities Provide detailed business analytics and commercial strategy recommendations to support business requirements: Pricing and profitability of new and existing services IDN & GPO Contract negotiations including pricing, RFP responses, term and conditions Support management with territory assignments and commission plan development for Service Sales Reps. Provide business intelligence and guidance to drive the overall Service Sales Budgeting, Strat Plan and forecasting processes: Provide detailed business and installed base analysis in establishing sales targets. Manage the overall Service Sales LBE (forecast) process and provide detailed trend, opportunity and risk analyses in establishing in year forecasted revenue. Manage the overall Service Sales OPEX Budgeting process by creating capacity plans and business cases justifying Service Sales needs. Analyze consolidated inputs across CSO organizations for establishing Sales Budgets, OPEX budgets, and LBE and prepare executive level presentations. Drive the evolution of Service Sales Tools: Manage the transition of Service Sale tools from our current Access based tool set to CRM (CPQ) including identifying needs, timelines, testing, implementation, etc… Act as the Service Sales liaison with Customer Service Business Operations for any Service Sales tools, reporting and process requirements. Act as the Service Sales liaison with Global bioMerieux teams for any Service Sales operational related requirements (Part ’s/Material Codes etc.). Manage the CSO Price List including Service Agreements, IDN Pricing and Billable Pricing. Includes updating the Price List, tool updates, communication to other organizations, etc. Act as the Service Sales liaison with Services Marketing for internal and external communications and collateral. Manage all aspects of the BME training program. Develop target lists for billable programs (POR PM, Upgrades etc.). Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Suite skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint to assist in the creation of internal and external presentations. 5-7 years commercial Sales/Service Sales experience and 5-7 years of commercial financial analysis. Oral and written communication skills; experienced presenting at the executive level Strategic /analytical thinking and problem solving. Detailed oriented with the ability to present summary level messages. Salesforce and SAP preferred. Tableau experience a plus. Project Management. Interpersonal and consultative skills. Time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Strong relationship / interpersonal skills Ability to work independently BA in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred.
