An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.
We have 1 post available at West Heath Hospital- Full time (37.50hrs). The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8.
Main duties of the job
The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. Welcoming visitors.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience
* Experience of using word processing packages
* Experience in a similar administrative/business support role
* Experience working in the NHS or public sector.
Skills/knowledge
* Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
* Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
* Good organisation skills
* IT skills including word, excel and outlook
Other job requirements
* Ability to work as part of a Team
* Approachable
* Flexible approach to workload and location
* Flexibility to cover out of hours
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
* Willingness to undertake training as required
