An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding, innovative administration team for the IPASS / BLIS / MSK CSS Services, in the role of an Administration Officer. The post is on a permanent band 3 contract, based at our Finchampstead clinic, just outside of Wokingham. We are currently offering flexible home and office working. We are looking for someone who is approachable, with a warm personality, and great people skills to join our team.
The IPASS / BLIS / MSK CSS Administration Team, prides itself on the continuous support we provide to our clinical staff. Good and effective teamwork throughout is a vital part of what encompasses our community services.
The team of administration officers are led and supported by Administration Managers and Administration Lead Officers. The team consists of Service Managers, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners, service leads, clinical / counselling psychologists and other healthcare professionals, including medical consultants.
Main duties of the job
1. To use electronic patient booking systems, including E-Referrals and RIO to help facilitate an efficient referral and booking process
2. To use and support with a variety of digital & electronic applications systems - inc Webex, our flexible telephone system.
3. To be an accessible and central point of contact for service users, including patients and GP's
4. Take responsibility for assigning caseloads / task management
5. Demonstrate clear and concise methods of communication as you will be dealing with a variety of referral and patient related queries.
