About The Role:
This hybrid remote/in-person internship would suit an ambitious student looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and develop their corporate event management skills. Demonstrating superior poise and grace under pressure, the ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, is detail-oriented, is comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and maintains flexibility in their day-to-day workflow.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 10-week internship running between June-August 2024. You must be available to work the full 10 weeks from the location on your contract.
What You Will Do:
1. Assist in the planning and delivery of live Gartner conferences.
2. Gain real-world experience in a fast-paced event planning environment.
3. Receive coaching and mentorship from leadership.
4. Spend 2-3 days per week in office building relationships and growing your professional network.
5. Collaborate with fellow interns on group project presentations to Conferences leadership.

What You Will Need:
1. Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date within a year of successfully completing the internship program.
2. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
3. Leadership or work experience to supplement strong student achievement.
4. Experience in event management.
