As a producer your primary objectives are to plan, quote and facilitate the delivery of both photographic and video shoots across a broad range of clients and subjects.
To succeed as a Producer, we expect you to have an appreciation and understanding of both photography and videography. As a high performing Producer, you will be expected to have exceptional organisational skills and be able to plan, cost and co-ordinate all services required to deliver shoots.
Responsibilities:
* Daily management of incoming briefs, WIPs and schedules
* Project specific internal & client liaison
* Quoting, budget & purchase order management
* Sourcing and selection of specialist services, contractors and talent
* Call sheet creation and bookings
* Shoot management, timekeeping, and H&S monitoring
* Supporting studio set up and strike for shoots
* Post-production briefing, liaison, file management and supply
* Post shoot review for continuous improvement
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a professional photographic environment is helpful
* Highly organised and able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Competent use of Office365 packages
* Flexibility to work outside of core office hours if a particular project requires
* Ability to work both studio-based and on location (often outdoors) if required
* Good listening and communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and solo
* Driving license and own transport
