Job Description Bank Positions - MRI Radiographer - Tees Valley Hospital, Middlesbrough. MRI Radiographer Due to the planned increased expansion of our Radiology provision, an exciting new opportunity has arisen. We are looking for suitably qualified MRI Radiographers to join our newly formed team in Bank Roles. This will help compliment our existing Team and provide a flexible opportunity for the right individual. Ideally, you will be an experienced MRI Radiographer who possesses highly developed knowledge and a wide experience base. You will have key relationships with the hospitals departments and will be interacting with Consultants on a daily basis so excellent organizational and communication skill are essential. As an MRI Radiographer, you will be part of a close-knit innovative team. The successful applicant will have an enthusiastic out look to ensure the delivery of a high diagnostic imaging service. The role will include some non-clinical responsibilities such as ordering stock, audits, and assisting in the booking of patient’s appointments and answering telephone enquiries when necessary. The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and be flexible with their work patterns. You must demonstrate strong customer service skills. You must have the relevant Radiographic qualifications and be registered with the HCPC. Key responsibilities include: Responsible for the provision of high quality MRI service. To participate in the provision of a high standard of patient care and treatment Processing radiology bookings RIS/PACS processes Ensuring that the agreed standards of patient care and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with Ramsay policie What you will bring with you Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography HCPC registered SOR IV cannulation certificate desirable Min 3-year post qualification would be an advantage Sound written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services Evidence of post registration development About us We’re Ramsay Health Care UK.
