Customer Services Advisor Location: Sutton Business Park, Reading, RG6 Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour We are seeking a proactive Customer Services Advisor to support our global client base from our Reading office. This role combines customer service, technical support, and logistics, offering a hands-on opportunity to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle technical enquiries from international clients Manage warranty claims and maintain accurate CRM records Coordinate stock in the warranty warehouse Oversee outsourced repairs and ensure timely follow-ups Support compliance with regulatory and safety standards Attend installations, exhibitions, and team meetings as required What We're Looking For Proven experience in customer service and logistics (import/export essential) Confident communicator with excellent phone and email skills Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical troubleshooting Minimum of GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 4 or above) Team-oriented, reliable, and results-driven Interested?
