Finance Systems Analyst - Workday
We are searching for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst - Workday. This role requires someone with systems knowledge who can decode complex requirements and define design blueprints for design, change data, and integrations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in the evaluation of iterative designs and be proactive in proposing adaptations to achieve the optimum processes for data and user flows. They will have robust problem-solving skills, able to prioritise and manage expectations.
Working closely with internal colleagues, the role will principally support the Finance configuration. You will receive full training from experts within and outside RSM to equip you for success. In time, the role will be expected to cross-train with other Workday functional areas.

Responsibilities
* Provide advice and expertise to Business Partners, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
* Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) for current and upcoming functionality.
* Identify financial and operational risks and recommend solutions or mitigations.
* Analyse data, including charts and tables to support proposal presentations and design decisions.
* Support EIB processes and similar tools.
* Configure, Test Validate, and implement Process changes in Workday.
* Identify robust Finance and payroll testing scenarios and user stories.
* Fully involved in testing process blueprints for all functional areas.
* Contribute to the Workday training content for SMEs and Internal Workday specialists.
