Purpose: We are hiring for two positions within our mortgage lending team: Junior Broker Support Analyst and Broker Support Analyst. Both roles are critical in providing exceptional support to intermediaries, addressing technical queries, answering criteria questions, and ensuring case updates are timely. The Senior position will take on additional responsibilities, including mentoring junior staff and handling more complex issues. These roles contribute to the smooth operation and excellent service delivery of our mortgage lending services. Junior Broker Support Analyst Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate technical support to intermediaries. Respond to basic inquiries regarding criteria questions and offer guidance. Update intermediaries on case statuses. Maintain an understanding of the mortgage lending process and products. Collaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve technical issues. Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and effective. Key Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred: Previous experience in a support role within mortgage lending or financial services. Broker Support Analyst Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to intermediaries, including on more complex lending queries. Mentor and assist Junior Broker Support Analysts with their cases. Develop and maintain a broker database and ensure ongoing support with existing applications. Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Lead communication with intermediaries and third parties to ensure the highest standards of professionalism. Support business generation goals and maintain relationships with critical partners, including National Sales/Corporate Account Managers. Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements. Key Skills & Experience: Strong background in the mortgage lending or financial services industry. Excellent problem-solving abilities, including handling complex cases. Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience. Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, criteria, and sales processes. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. FCA compliance and regulatory knowledge. Qualifications (Both Roles) Junior Role: Essential: A-levels A-C Desirable: Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or CeMap certification.
