They combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction management to deliver exceptional results across a wide range of conservation projects.\n \n Role Overview\n \n We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join the team in a full-time, permanent role.
Based primarily in London, you will be responsible for overseeing cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost reporting, and budget planning. You will collaborate closely with both conservation specialists and construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n \nPreparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost plans \nCost control and financial management across multiple projects \nProducing accurate and timely cost reports \nWorking closely with project teams to ensure budget compliance \nAnalysing data and providing commercial insight \nLiaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients \nSupporting the delivery of conservation and heritage projects with financial precision Key Requirements:\n \nProven experience in quantity surveying, ideally within construction or heritage sectors \nStrong skills in cost control, planning, and reporting \nProficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) \nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities \nAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams \nBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline \nA genuine interest in conservation and historic building projects is highly desirable This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to apply their skills on prestigious conservation projects that make a lasting impact on the built heritage of the UK.\n \n For more information or to apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
