Purpose of Role
Job Description
We are recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in Liverpool.
Responsibilities
1. Issuing jobs to engineers
2. Updating CAFM system with progress on jobs
3. Providing support to the team and client
4. Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site
5. Ensuring full detail is provided.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
1. Experience in similar administrative role
2. A positive attitude to work
3. Good communication skills
4. Resilience and good organisational skills
5. Great IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + ability to pick up new systems
