Location: Emersons Green (Hybrid working)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus + benefits

The role
As a Talent Advisor you will report to the Talent Partner and work closely with the People team In order to secure high calibre candidates across the group and all business areas. You will be supporting the Talent Partner with the full recruitment lifecycle, working internally with management as well as externally direct sourcing or with agencies to ensure we are hiring the top talent within the industry. There may be opportunities for you to contribute in projects or activities with the wider People team.
Due to our continued growth and pace of work we need additional talent in the business to deliver our goals. Therefore, the purpose of this role is to support in attracting and retaining talented and diverse candidates across all levels of the business, whether it is directly sourcing new hires, working with partners or support internal career progression opportunities for our current team members. This is a fixed term role for 1 year You will support with providing a supportive, cohesive and results driven recruitment service across the group, with a focus on direct sourcing, employee retention, stakeholder engagement and employer brand.
You will have your own roles to resource for as well as supporting the Talent Partner. There will also be opportunity to review our current practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
You will support a diverse workload including multiple parallel tasks and you will prioritise your time and tasks effectively alongside the demands set on the business and to achieve time-critical deadlines. Your base location will be the Procentia Head Office in Bristol however we work in a hybrid model.
Essential Skills
• Demonstrable track record in talent resourcing in a fast-moving and competitive industry
• IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Superb organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure and spin many plates
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Must have ability and agility to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers and employees
• Adaptable and agile
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes
• Ability to build credibility with colleagues, stakeholders and external clients and suppliers
• Good knowledge of the software, IT services and technology sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
At least two years’ experience of working at Talent Acquisition Advisor/Officer level within a HR team in a professional services environment, or agency background working within a professional services setting and experience within software, IT services or technology sector is highly advantageous.
