This role will focus on program management and initiatives, intranet ownership and content optimisation, events management, asset production along with general internal communications admin and reporting Responsibilities will include: Lead and manage internal communication programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment of strategy to business goals Develop engaging content for newsletters, emails and other internal channels, ensuring consistency in messaging across different platforms Own and maintain the intranet platform and content, ensuring it is up to date and optimized for user engagement Plan and coordinate internal events such as Global Town Halls ensuring these events are inclusive and cater to diverse employee interests Create and design engaging digital content using videos and graphics Manage the global MarComs calendar, coordinating communication initiatives across different regions Serve as liaison for HQ communication needs fostering engagement between locations General marcoms admin tasks such as maintaining tools and licences and reporting on channel data What we would like you to bring to the role: Previous experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the business services sector or similar industry Demonstratable experience in developing and implementing communications strategies Proven experience in event management and producing creative communication assets Experience managing intranet platforms and optimising content Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including copywriting and proofreading) Strong project management and organisational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems Ability to convey complex information in an engaging an accessible manner Strong networking skills and with the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals If this sounds like you, send in your application now LI-EP1 Additional Information About Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You Established over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
