Reed HR are seeking a dynamic HR Adviser to join a large public sector organisation based in Pontypridd. 6 - 12 Months Contract - 33.3 hours a week
Day to Day of the role:
* Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the full employee journey, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Coach managers in early resolution and formal employee relations concerns to support a thriving work environment.
* Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively address HR matters.
* Demonstrate organizational skills to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities.
* Maintain a professional attitude and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Support the promotion of well-being, diversity, and a shared sense of belonging, while contributing to effective change management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in providing generalist HR advice.
* Proven ability to coach managers on employee relations and people matters.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High levels of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Professional attitude with keen attention to detail.
