Creating Accounts
Sales/Purchase invoicing
Commercial invoicing
Creating POs
Credit control
Filing customer Statements/remittances
Employee Payroll (applying Holidays, Employee time sheets, sicknesses and absence onto Vanquish)
Fuel Card analysis
Service receipt analysisProfile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant educational qualifications in finance or a related field.Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £24,000 - £25,500 per annum.
