If so, working with Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team could be for you Main duties of the job Black Country Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic nurses in Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, and Wolverhampton who will provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. We offer rapid assessment and short term intensive treatmentin order to support individuals and their family/carers during a mental health crisis. Through a recovery approach, we aim to prevent hospital admission or to facilitate discharge from hospital. We follow a multidisciplinary team approach, consisting of nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, non-medical prescribers, occupational therapists, and support time recovery workers.
