This role is fixed term for two terms and full-time; however, part-time can be considered at 0.6fte minimum. This role will be based at Kenley Primary School, working across other schools in the Trust, as required.
What does the role involve?
The successful candidate will provide additional senior leadership capacity at Kenley Primary School, supporting the Head of School and Executive Principal to bring about the rapid improvements that are necessary there. The successful candidate will be an excellent primary teacher and leader, capable of developing strong classroom practice in others and with a clear understanding of how to accelerate pupil progress for all, especially those with SEND.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to appoint an excellent primary teacher and leader, capable of developing strong classroom practice in others and with a clear understanding of how to accelerate pupil progress for all, including those with SEND. The postholder will be working across all of our primary schools, developing Teaching & Learning and supporting high quality SEND provision, in particular.
