I am recruiting for a Clinical Support Manager to support a variety of care home services for the Elderly. This is a growing provider looking for someone to offer support to the Home Managers.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Support Manager:
1. Improve the quality of services by taking overall responsibility for site leadership, acting as the interim Manager when and where necessary.
2. Manage people and resources to ensure high-quality standards of care and service are delivered to regulatory, contractual, and company standards.
3. Provide defined operational support and management to existing site leadership where additional support may be required.
4. Lead and manage both employees and resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards.
5. Manage the budget of the home and ensure the business remains viable, meeting and exceeding the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
Requirements:
1. Previous successful home management and supervisory experience.
2. Previous experience working within a social care environment.
3. Knowledge of CQC, increasing occupancy, reducing agency.
