Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE), Part-time working would be considered - A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a leading firm handling an exciting caseload. JOB REF: 8386.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The team acts for both employers and employees, but with an emphasis on providing support for employers across all aspects of employment law including business immigration.
2. Responsible for a varied caseload of employment law including TUPE advice, due diligence, drafting and negotiating the employment aspects of the transaction documents including the warranties and indemnities in the sale agreement.
3. Organise business development activities including writing articles, participating in webinars, and networking.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 Years PQE in contentious and non-contentious matters.
2. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work well within a team environment.
