They are looking for a Sales and Customer Support Administrator to join their small and friendly team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is IT literate and ready to ensure the smooth flow of sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day of the role: Directly handle business customer interactions via email, telephone, and occasionally face-to-face. Engage in proactive sales activities through phone and email. Develop new customer accounts and maintain high levels of customer service. Promptly respond to customer enquiries and requests. Process online orders, invoices, refunds, and returns. Liaise with Logistics, IT, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams across our international locations to resolve queries and improve services. Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records. Manage non-payment of invoices and stock error reporting processes. Occasionally travel within the UK for business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in sales, customer services, or an administrative role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft applications. High standard of numeracy and literacy. Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. Attention to detail and accuracy.
