Ideally you will have had experience at working with children with ADHD, children on the autistic spectrum and working with IEP’s. This is predominantly a one-to-one position. The successful candidates should be prepared to work throughout all three Key Stages if the need arises, Foundation, KS1 & KS2. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with children, staff, and parents. Applicants should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have a good standard of education. Staff will be expected to work their hours on INSET days and holidays are not allowed during term time. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).
