Job Description
My client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of fixed and mobile workstations sold into the NHS Hospital network. This technology system takes the patients record or drug requirement directly to the bedside or creates a mobile ward information system linked to hospital patient records via wifi. The systems are powered either by mains or batteries and use innovative power management giving a real world reduction in carbon compared to their competitors.
Due to substancial growth they now require a Graduate calibre Business Development Manager to help drive sales in the Northern Hospital networks.
The ideal candidate
* A hunter mentality who knows the processes to obtain orders
* An understanding and experience of selling capital equipment into NHS Departments.
* Great product demonstration skills and not afraid to present to IT or Clinical staff.
* An aptitude for all things IT with good skills around IT hardware
* Understanding of the drug dispensing process in a NHS Hospital
* A go getter / hunter attitude who can bring energy.
* Able to produce pipelines and forecast accurately from them.
The Package
A basic salary of £60000 pa (possible flex available for a 100% candidate)
Bonus on sales success Realistic Y1 = £20000 ote and Y2 = £30000 ote
