You will have a passion for leading and influencing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance our approach to supporting learning disabilities and autistic patients. Main duties of the job This role will work collaboratively with senior management, including the Associate Director for Safeguarding and Learning Disabilities and Heads of Nursing & Midwifery for inpatient and community services across our hospitals. As Lead Nurse you will engage with colleagues across the Trust and key external partners e.g. primary care, local authorities, and community agencies. To build a comprehensive support network for patients and their families.
