An opportunity has arisen to join our sales team, based in our Wetherby offices with the option for 2 to 3 days per week remote working following a successful probationary period. Responsibilities include preparing, managing and processing day-to-day enquiries from our existing customers as required. They also entail speaking with and potentially visiting prospects and customers with a member of the technical team. Regular duties include: Handling inbound customer enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders Generating new leads and managing prospect relationships Working closely with the technical team to assess and improve client IT infrastructure Managing sales for solutions including IT hardware, cyber security, CRM software, and cloud services Experience of generating your own leads would be an advantage and excellent communication skills are essential.
