Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse to join our friendly and motivated team of staff working in the Pre Assessment department.
This is a Part time role at 30 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for complex patients.
* Use advanced clinical knowledge to make timely and appropriate decisions, escalating where necessary.
* Administer medication safely and monitor patient response, ensuring adherence to NMC and local protocols.
* Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and effective workload management across the shift.
* Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management, and risk reporting procedures.
* Act as a key contact for patients and their families, offering clinical updates, reassurance, and information to support shared decision-making.
* Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between services.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration.
* Significant post-registration experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team.
* Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
* Confidence in working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursing role desirable.
