The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is responsible for cultivating relationships and developing solutions with TEKsystems Global Services most strategic partners (AWS, Microsoft, GCP, Red Hat, Snowflake, ServiceNow). The PSM realizes this through a persistent focus on relationship management, innovative GTM sales programs, business development and market activation. PSMs will need to have strong networking skills, attention to detail, outstanding oral / written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across a matrixed organization. The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, and a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and partner with field sales reps. Partner Relationship Development Fostering relationships with Strategic Partner Account Managers/FSRs, Partner Sales Managers, Partner Development Managers and Regional/Industry Managers across dedicated industry
Support business development activities by connecting the appropriate TGS Sales Personnel and TGS Practice Personnel with the appropriate partner sales/product/PSO team for accounts within specific industry
Sub-Contracting Business Development Develop relationships within partner professional services organizations with the goal of generating net new business opportunities
# Industry Solution Development and Sales Identifying, building, and executing innovative partner-specific go-to-market programs and sales sprints with our alliance partners that generate new pipeline
# Work with practices, partners and Alliance Management team to build solutions on partner technology that enable positive business outcomes for customers
# Alliance Enablement and Advancement Internally educate and evangelize partner’s products and services
# Maintain holistic view of the Partner Community in specific territory, a deep understanding of the partner’s capabilities and solutions that will enable customers.
# develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations
6+ years of sales experience in Information Technology Services, ideally with 2+ years of Cloud solutions experience
~Successful track record in services sales
~ Proven experience at the C and executive level
~ Cloud Sales or Alliance Management experience
