Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Hatfield. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. This is a part time role with the working hours of Saturdays 8am-7pm and Sundays 9am-9pm. Key responsibilities: Cleaning, sweeping and vacuum cleaning, emptying of bins, washing, dusting and polishing surfaces, including floors, walls, tables, cleaning of toilet areas, to include replenishing of toilet rolls, soap and hand towels Be proactive and able to spot areas that need improving and rectify cleaning defects To monitor the cleaning cupboards as well as all the equipment used by the cleaning team Stock Control To ensure all works carried out are completed on time and with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements Key requirements: Experience of working in a similar role within the sector Experience with cleaning methods and equipment including deep cleaning machinery Proactive in being able to spot areas that need improving Resourceful and self-motivated Ability to work independently and use initiative Our Offer The more diverse our workforce, the better we can adapt to and reflect the needs of our customers.
