Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one support to students with extreme challenging behaviors.
2. Assist students in crisis, offering emotional support and guidance.
3. Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Encourage and motivate students to actively engage in their education.
Requirements:
5. Proven experience in supporting students with SEMH needs.
6. Resilient attitude to handle extreme challenging behaviors.
7. Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
9. DBS on the update service is advantageous.
