Keep tariffs updated to minimize queries and improve efficiency.
Approach potential new business opportunities and provide competitive rate quotations.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Confirm and update customer rates accurately.
Prepare and check invoices, ensuring accuracy before sending.
Respond to queries related to invoicing and payments.
Input delivery notes into the system.
Chase releases for upcoming deliveries.
Monitor landing times and ensure efficient scheduling.
Rate all jobs according to existing tariffs or agreed quotes.
