Role Details: Position: Daily Teaching Assistant Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Work Pattern: Flexible and part-time, with weekly availability. Salary: £83-£93 per day (dependent on experience) Duration: Ongoing, flexible roles Key Responsibilities: Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a daily basis in a range of classroom settings. Assist in delivering tailored learning plans and supporting students’ individual needs. Help create an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment for students. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. Provide emotional and behavioural support where necessary. The Ideal Candidate: Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in SEN environments. Ability to adapt to various school settings and work with children with diverse needs. A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to supporting the development of young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
