JOB TITLE: Men's 1st Team Performance Analyst
LOCATION: Cobham Training Ground
CONTRACT: Full Time / Permanent
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to provide essential and meaningful analysis to assist the 1st team in their success on the pitch.
Key day to day Responsibilities
* Support the Head of 1st Team Analysis, Senior Analysts & Coaching Staff in any of the following department functions.
* Play a part in the pre match process, presenting opposition reports & analysis, using video and data, to the coaching staff.
* Play a part in creating a post match video report analysing all 1st Team games.
* Support the coaching staff on player development analysis through the coding, databasing & telestration of individual player clips in preparation for player presentations.
* Travel with the team home and away when required.
* Support on match days with technical set ups as well as providing live analysis & feedback to support the coaching staff when required.
* Proactively study & deliver footballing trends in relation to our game model.
What you will bring to the role
* Extensive experience working as a Performance Analyst within a 1st Team environment at Premier League or Championship level.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Excellent visualisations & presentation skills (Keynote & PowerPoint).
* Excellent knowledge and experience using Hudl Sportscode, Studio & Wyscout (knowledge of SBG & Second Spectrum also beneficial).
* Excellent football understanding with the ability to communicate clearly with coaches and players using analysis resources.
