Role Snapshot
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Creative Director who possesses a deep understanding of the wider digital ecosystem and the nuances of digital channels, especially the ever-changing landscape of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, capable of conceptualising and executing digital campaigns that engage, inspire, and drive action.
What your day to day will look like:
* Lead the development and execution of digital creative strategies that align with client objectives, target audience insights, and industry trends.
* Collaborate closely with clients, client services, and other stakeholders to understand business goals, identify opportunities, and develop innovative digital solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
* Provide strategic guidance and creative direction to the creative and activation teams, inspiring them to push the boundaries of creativity and deliver exceptional work.
* Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and social media platforms, leveraging this knowledge to inform and enhance digital creative strategies and campaigns.
* Oversee the creation of digital assets across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Be enthusiastic about the potential of new technologies and data to drive creative excellence.
* Lead brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of digital creative solutions.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs, using insights to optimise creative content and strategies for maximum impact.
* Act as a mentor and coach to the creative and activation teams, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, design, communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your digital creative work and strategic thinking.
* Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, and ECRM.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform creative decisions.
* Proficiency in digital design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
* Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment is essential.
* A conceptual and creative thinker with a customer-centric approach and a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns that drive results.

This role is based out of our Leeds Office, 15 mins walk from the centre of Leeds. We accommodate flexible, hybrid working.
