Job summary Applications are invited for a permanent 10 PA ophthalmology consultant to The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust Department of Ophthalmology. The post holder will be required to cover general ophthalmology. We seek an enthusiastic surgeon to enhance the current ophthalmic services and applicants should wish to be part of and develop the department in the future. Main duties of the job This position will clinically support the ophthalmology department and will be responsible for transforming the way in which we provide ophthalmology services at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital through application of Royal College and national recommendations such as Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) to deliver a sustainable and modern ophthalmology department.
