Our client is a design agency that specializes in retail and branding. Their talented and hard-working team delivers high-quality retail interior and architectural design, retail graphics, and brand identity projects to a variety of well-known blue-chip clients.
Now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their busy Client Services team. The successful applicant should combine creative and strategic thinking in order to maintain and grow client relationships. Working across a selection of Sports Retail Clients, the work spans across all disciplines including retail interiors, graphic comms, photography, motion/film, digital, and in-store campaign executions.
Job Role
1. Recognise and develop new business opportunities
2. Become an expert in each of your client’s industries, monitoring competitor activity
3. Take ownership and build lasting relationships with clients
4. Lead cost planning sessions on accounts assigned to you
5. Plan, develop and prepare cost proposals for each project, with clear objectives
6. Ensure that accounts are delivered effectively on time and on budget, and that the client relationship is well managed to ensure excellence in every aspect of delivery
7. Attend client review meetings and monitor progress, with an awareness of risk at all times
8. Own all client meetings: propose meeting structures, collate agendas and lead meetings
9. Present to clients across all levels of seniority
10. Work closely alongside the Account Director to collate a full evaluation programme against client objectives and ensure that results are communicated during quarterly review meetings
11. Lead, inspire and engage internal teams
12. Demonstrate leadership and take responsibility for overall client accounts
13. Work collaboratively with the team
14. Manage and motivate more junior team members
