School Administrator Position A highly reputable Infant School in Devizes is seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join their permanent staff team from January 2025 or sooner. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant school community, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. Role Details: 34 hours per week over 40 weeks (0.81 FTE) Salary: L7 FTE £24,294 (Pro-rata £19,694.19) Working hours: 8:30 am – 3:50 pm (6.48 hours per day) Key Responsibilities: General administrative tasks to support the school's operations Managing phone enquiries and handling correspondence Maintaining records using systems such as SCR, Arbor, and ParentPay Assisting with admissions, attendance, and student data management Requirements: Previous experience in administration and handling phone communications Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment Familiarity with school administrative systems (SCR, Arbor, ParentPay) is preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about education and supporting a school environment.
