We’re looking for a talented, analytical, and proactive People Data & Insights Senior Analyst to help us extract insights from people data and guide our organization in making informed, data-driven decisions.
As a Senior Analyst in our People Data & Insights team, you’ll play a key role in analyzing data to uncover trends and insights that inform our strategic decisions. Reporting to the People Data & Insights Lead Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, the Global Head of DEI, and other team members to support initiatives across the organization.
Location: Hybrid work set-up. This person can be based in Bristol or London.
Principal Accountabilities
* Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders and People & Culture (P&C) teams to understand business needs, translating them into actionable insights that support key objectives.
* Data Analysis & Insight Development: Conduct deep-dive analyses on DEI and business data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
* Executive Reporting: Develop insights and create executive-level presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
* Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and quality, continually improving our data collection and reporting processes.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple departments to build a data-driven culture and support various initiatives with robust analytical insights.
* Mentorship: Offer guidance and informal mentoring to junior analysts in the team, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
Skills and Experience Required
* Relevant experience in an analytical role, ideally within corporate or cross-functional teams, with a focus on providing insights based on data analysis.
* Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel, including advanced data manipulation skills (Pivot Tables, Macros), and experience with visualization tools (PowerBI). Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for a range of audiences, including executive stakeholders.
* Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs.
* Knowledge of DEI: Understanding of DEI priorities and ability to generate insights to support DEI goals is highly desirable.
