I am recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor based in Billesdon. For this role, you will need your own transport due to the location, which is a straight road from Uppingham. My client receives an average of 30 warm leads per day and offers a dynamic sales environment with a strong emphasis on driving customer satisfaction and securing new business. What's on Offer:
* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends)
* Salary: £25,000 + commission + uncapped KPI scheme
* Earnings Potential:
o Year 1: £35k - OTE uncapped commission
o Year 2: £40k - OTE uncapped commission
o Year 3: £50k - OTE uncapped commission

Role Responsibilities:

* Provide knowledge on different contract types and funding routes

* Assist sales efforts through marketing-generated inquiries
* Deliver tailored solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction
