What skills and experience we're looking for
• Substantial leadership experience at senior or middle leadership level in a secondary setting.
• Experience in raising standards across a whole school, or within a specific field/faculty
• An enthusiastic desire to take a lead role in managing this unique educational establishment on our split-site provision, catering for students whose primary needs are associated with their wellbeing and both mental and physical health.
• A passionate commitment towards raising standards of progress and attainment of all our students, regardless of barriers.
• A genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for, enhancing the personal development offer available to all students, and for helping all students become the best version of themselves.
• A keen interest in working collaboratively with all our partners to help our students and families make a successful transition back to mainstream education.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships across our school, including with pupils, colleagues, parents, governors and the wider school community.
