Join us as a Sales Lead We’re looking for someone with a strong technology sales background working within the Banking as a Service (BaaS) space with a proven track record of success You’ll be responsible for discovering the next generation of customers for Natwest Group’s BaaS ambitions Y ou’ll be joining an exciting and fast-paced area of the bank, where you can expect great exposure both for you and your work What you'll do We’re looking for a leader to be responsible for discovering the next generation of customers for Natwest Group’s BaaS ambitions, working both within the group to discover opportunities within the existing portfolio and organically in actively seeking new opportunities across the market to position our products and story. Working with the commercial leadership of our ‘Go to Market’ strategy, you'll also help define it. You’ll also be: Leading pro-active business development activities across targeted markets Coordinating campaigns and events hand-in-hand with marketing and other business development teams to quickly qualify and generate new business Working closely alongside cross-disciplinary teams to drive through end-to-end sales processes to exceed targeted revenue objectives Taking a day-to-day strategic focus to build highly effective client and partner relationships across the UK to drive profitable revenues across all channels Forecasting revenue achievement and prospect interactions in our CRM tools to build strong client relationships The skills you'll need In this role, you’ll need an understanding of the end-to-end working of the sales process with the pre-sales teams, marketing and delivery functions to achieve success within complex sales cycles in achieving targets and managing pipelines. You'll have a passion for growing businesses in the financial technology space and be an advocate of BaaS and the embedded finance space. You’ll also be expected to have: Previous sales experience in Baas/SaaS companies or financial technology with expertise in payments, credit, BNPL, lending, or cards in the UK market A proven track record of selling enterprise deals with a strong network and target achievement A growth mentality as a hands-on analytical leader who enjoys representing the business in front of customers and a high acumen to present complex solutions and ideals Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate and negotiate value
