Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sign projects while working closely with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire project lifecycle
* Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
* Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
* Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
* Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years in project management, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (but not required).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
