About the Role:
Elite Personnel is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service and administration, especially in a financial or collections setting.
You’ll play a vital role in both inbound and outbound customer interactions, managing collections and late payments with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, addressing queries related to collections and late payments.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high standard of communication and problem-solving.
Follow established processes to support customers in resolving their accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently, documenting interactions, payments, and outcomes accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of account issues.
What we’re looking for the Customer Service Advisor
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with customers.
Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally with exposure to collections or financial services.
Strong administrative skills – accurate record-keeping, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and patience.
Financial service background is advantageous but not essential.
