Estates Manager
I am recruiting for an Estates Manager with a background through Local Authorities. The council are looking to bring someone on for an initial 12 month contract, with the possibility of further extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of public estates, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans for land use, development, and sustainability.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including community groups, contractors, and government agencies.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise service delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
Promote community engagement and participation in estate management initiatives.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in estates management, property management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of local government policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
